Bioabsorbable suture and

Bioabsorbable suture and staple-line reinforcement
NEOVEIL® Sheet
In many types of surgeries, fixation with sutures or staple lines is inadequate. NEOVEIL Sheet is a bioabsorbable polyglycolic acid (PGA) felt that can be used to provide additional strength, support regeneration and healing, and may reduce the risk of complications. The NEOVEIL Sheet is gradually degraded through hydrolysis before being absorbed and metabolized. NEOVEIL is also available in staple line re-inforcement form to fit surgical staplers.
Why Choose NEOVEIL® Sheet?
Bioabsorbable
Degrades by hydrolysis and is completely absorbed in approximately 15 weeks.
Strength During Healing
Maintains mechanical strength during the critical would healing period of 10-14 days post-surgery.
Highly Conformable
Sheets made of polyglycoic acid (PGA) on the anvil and cartridge sleeves, with the elasticity to closely adhere to tissue.
Visible
Dyed green (FDA certified) to enable surgeons to easily distinguish from tissue.
Globally Accepted
A proven product that has been highly recognized by surgeons around the world for more than two decades.
